Refund policy
At HeySoza, we take great pride in crafting and delivering high-quality products made with care. Every order is carefully checked before shipping. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need support with your order. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Returns

Due to the personalized and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the package has been opened or used.

We accept returns only if:

You received the wrong product,

The item is damaged or defective on arrival, or

You received an incomplete order.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and a short description of the issue at support@heysoza.com or via WhatsApp on our official business number.
2. Replacements
If your claim is approved after verification, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
Replacements are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or a store credit of equivalent value.
3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not possible.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after verification.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Customized or made-to-order items,

Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage,

Items returned without prior authorization.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before shipment is processed, whichever is earlier.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
